RETURNS
Tarantula Clothing Co. will provide store credit, a free exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Shipping charges are non re-fundable and the paypal fee will be deducted as well from your refund.

SHIPPING
Once your order is placed please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and ship the order out. Tarantula is currently using USPS.COM for all our shipping needs.

Please allow between 3-7 days for your order to arrive after we have processed your transaction (This applies to US customers, international orders may take longer but we do use express mail). If you are placing your order on a Friday or Weekend, there might be more of a delay. Tarantula Recycles our plastic bags and will use them for shipping to help the environment. We ship worldwide and shipping is calculated during checkout.
