Meet Courtenay

"If you don’t feel uncomfortable you will never grow"

Courtenay says she was very blessed to have the best Physical education teacher at school, who mentored her to compete in many sports such as netball , team relay racing and cross country running. She is now a CrossFit coach for adults and children, a cycle instructor, and she won Emirates Strongest Female 2022 and 2023!

Her qualifications include CrossFit gymnastics, Strongman coaching CrossFit level 1, Olympic Weightlifting Burgener Strength, CrossFit kids, and Level 3 PT.

What Brought Courtenay to 91proÊÓƵ

"I always knew I wanted a job that will help people and I’m so lucky I found that in coaching. I love the community and how we all share the same crazy passion to train hard.

Courtenay's Biggest Fitness Achievements

When she was in high school she won a Sports Person of the Year award. When she went to receive the trophy the head of the school started to read out some of the names of previous winners from many generations, and low and behold her dad's name was on that same trophy! She looked to the audience and her dad was crying with pride. This was a very special moment for Courtenay.

Her second biggest achievement was winning Middle East Strongest Female because she really suffered lifting those heavy weights, so for it all to pay off was incredible.
