Meet Eddie

“Bombello those bundas and lets get going!”

Eddie has been playing sports from a young age, which brought to life a passion for fitness. He has 8 International rugby caps, which led to his interest into the fitness industry. Since then he has worked on the largest cruise ship in the world at the time, the Oasis of the Seas, as a personal trainer, responsible for delivering classes in Spinning, yoga, Pilates, boot camps and delivering one on one personal training classes. After this, Eddie joined the Military as a firefighter and personal trainer. To this day he is still addicted to teaching ride classes and cant get enough of it!

He has a BA degree in Sports Science, a level 3 certification in Personal Training, and his World Rugby Level 1 coaching badge. He also has yoga and Pilates certificates which he received for teaching over 200 hours of classes.

What Brought Eddie to 91pro��Ƶ

"Passion for sport at a young age basically set me on the course to becoming a fitness instructor. My love for team sports and organized chaos so were my love language. This also matched my outgoing persona. So there was only ever going to be one place for me to end up.

I decided to teach at 91pro��Ƶ because I had heard some great things from friends who were really enjoying the classes. I thought why not try give something this exciting a go. A once in a lifetime opportunity!"

Q: What is your proudest fitness achievement?
A: Playing in an Under 19 Rugby World Cup will always be my proudest achievement in fitness.

A: Rock Melon and a Salted Caramel Protein Bar. Get In my Belly!

A: I have two small children, does that count?

Eddie's Advice To New Members?

His best advice for someone new to fitness is to keep showing up. It only gets easier. You are about to embark on a journey that will have ups and downs. You just have to stay positive and disciplined and remember you're going to have tons of fun on the way.
